Dino is the man!!! I purchased a 2015 Road Glide Select. Dino was honest and upfront about all of my questions. He is also quite a character and I had a great experience. Mug was another individual that I had the honor of working with and knew his his stuff. Matt worked his tail off to get me the lowest rate and payment I wanted to be at. Work on your delivery. Overall I had an excellent experience and enjoyed all of the staff I meet. If I lived closer I would love to become part of this well of this team. On a cold and windy Saturday afternoon, February 19th to be exact, I asked my wife if we could stop by District Harley Davidson in Gaithersburg Maryland. I had my eye on the 2022 Road King Special that I wanted to see in person and get a feel for. Just to be clear, my wife and I are moving to North Carolina in a few weeks and my plan was to get a bike but not until after the move. We also agreed to stop by the dealership just to look.

We opened the front door (with our 8 month old son named Oliver too) and were greeted by Dino within 5 seconds. He was very polite, not pushy, and showed me the Black Road King Special on the showroom floor. I have to say upon first sight, the bike is a beautiful machine. Photos dont do it justice! From front to back the bike is mostly blacked out and has a very clean streamlined appearance for a bagger. No big fairing, no windshield, just simple and clean looking. Dino went over all the specs like some of the safety features regarding the breaks and cruise control. He answered any questions I had, and I love how the Special has the Milwaukee Eight 114cu!

After throwing a leg over the saddle I knew right then and there this was the bike, comfortable, powerful and looking awesome! We continued chatting and explained that we were just looking today but shockingly my wife turned and said just run the numbers Lol I wasnt expecting that!! but I didnt argue with her and Dino went right to work with setting up an application. I wanted to finance the bike with Harley (Ive had a great experience with Eagle Mark Bank and this will be my 4th Harley with them).

Meanwhile, Matt, the general sales Manager, came over and introduced himself to the whole family, he was also pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. On a side note, the dealership had a nice layout, very open and clean. Their inventory was well stocked; bikes, accessories, parts, and clothing. Also well employed, I know several businesses that have suffered due to the pandemic being short staffed but District Harley had employees ready to help in every department.

Our 8 month old son was behaving so well which was a plus and he attracted a lot of attention of-course. Matt worked on numbers and presented us with a total out the door. To be honest it was over the monthly payment we had planned for our budget so we respectfully declined and said we have to be closer to this number or we cant get the bike. He said hed work on it and find a number that worked for us, and he did! The negotiation went smoothly and we never felt pressured.

Aaron Mug (the business manager) helped us go over and sign paperwork, he was very patient and courteous. He got one of the best interest rates that Ive ever had on a bike loan, 5.99%. He let me sign his office door with a permanent marker and I wrote District Harley, Selling Freedom below my name :)

Buying the Road King Special was still surreal at this point and it hadnt hit me yet. However, Dino took a family photo with the new bike and made a very loud announcement to the whole dealership right before I got to ring a massive iron bell on the showroom floor. The bell was so loud my son started crying which made me feel bad haha but also exhilarating because all the staff clapped and it finally hit me that I was getting a 2022 all blacked out badass machine!I also wanted to mention Julian and Larry, the parts specialists, who went over some great options for the bike, I ended up coming back and buying s-100 cleaners and a nice Harley cover too. All the staff we dealt with were respectful, friendly and just congratulated us on the new bike, it made a big difference to us and we just wanted to say thank you!!

The dealership delivered my bike for free right to my home which I appreciate very much. Ive only put 20 miles on the bike since and cant wait to put more on. Great Dealership with a committed staff. I am new to the Harley family and was looking to purchase a 2020 Ultra Limited. I visited other dealers closer to my house and while they were nice and professional, they did not roll-up their sleeves to get dirty with me on getting into a bike. I stopped in to pick up some Bolts for my 09 Heritage. Dino showed me a few bikes and when we came across the 2019 Street Glide Special, My jaw Dropped. I had My 09 Heritage that day, He was trying to get me to trade it for the Glide But I wasn't having any part of it at that time. I also had a 2017 TriGlide at home. Fast forward a few weeks and I happen to scroll their Pre-owned bike and to my surprise, the Street Glide Special was still there. I called First thing Monday Morning asking about Trading the Triglide for the Street Glide. Dino said We will make it happen, come on in and let's get this done. A few Hours Later I rode out with this beautiful 2019 Street Glide Special. The Whole Team went above and Beyond to make this work for me. Stacey in Finance was So Awesome. Recently started riding and was looking to upgrade from a small cc sports bike to a cruiser. I originally reached out via their online sales to Diane. She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Once there the whole crew made me feel like a part of the family. Dino took me on a test ride. When I told him Im still new, especially to heavier bikes, he was completely understanding and reassured me I could putter around the lot to get comfortable before we left. The whole process of trading my bike in and getting a new bike was so easy. Even though I wasnt buying a Harley (I got a Yamaha from the used lot), they took care of me and celebrated my purchase with banging music and cheers. It was really neat. Two days before leaving for OC Bike Week and as luck would have it, a right front wheel bearing went bad. Worked with Adrian who got me in the day before our trip, and Chris who did the work on my bike. Phenomenal turnaround time and got it fixed while I waited. I cant say enough good things about these two employees and how well I was treated. This was the second service I've had done here and they have not disappointed. Thank you Adrian and Chris!

So my wife and I were headed to DC from Massachusetts for Rolling Thunder Memorial Day weekend. My clutch started acting up in upstate NY, but we stopped for a while and no problem, next day in PA, the clutch started slipping real bad, by the time we hit Maryland she was about done. I limped into District HD. I spoke to the service writer, Derrick, he understood my circumstance and put one of the mechanics right on it. Ron, the new service manager got involved and to Make a long story short, they didnt have my clutch in stock, but they had fabrics that fit and used my old rings to try to get us back on the road, left out about 4PM, but by 4:20 it was slipping again. Returned to District, they located a new clutch at a dealer 2 hours away. They put us on a loaner and sent us off so we could make the Friday night festivities. They sent someone to pick up the new clutch Saturday morning (remember this is Saturday of Memorial Day weekend around DC with another 400,000 Harley in the area). They fixed my bike and when I went to pick it up, they had it spit shined and ready to roll. The entire crew at the dealership was friendly, compassionate, and extremely concerned for us... yes our problem sucked, but these guys were heros in my book! Great job District, Great Job!

This is New Management and the Customer Service is / has turned the corner for the Best. I believe DH-D will put the Client first and in return they will spend their coins there.
